MONIKER MADNESS ADVANCES FOUR FINAL MONIKER OPTIONS FOR ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK

GW has narrowed the moniker options down to four finalists: Ambassadors, Blue Fog, Revolutionaries and Sentinels.

These four moniker finalists were selected based on nearly 20,000 points of feedback from the GW community members who participated in community engagement activities that took place during the “First Impressions” phase that ended on March 6, 2023.

The next round launches on Monday, March 20 and runs through April 28.  This next phase is called “Try It On For Size” and will include several community engagement activities that will allow the GW community to provide feedback on the four hype videos representing each option.

We hope you will provide your input! Please look for an email with an invitation to rate the four hype videos. Students, faculty and staff will be invited to provide feedback starting on March 20. Alumni will be invited to provide feedback starting on April 10.

At several athletics events and other on-campus activities, the GW community will be invited to select merchandise that shows their support for their favorite moniker option.
